These Terms & Conditions apply to enquiries, bookings and use of self-drive rental vehicles provided by Fast Self Drive Car in Goa.

By confirming a booking or accepting a rental vehicle, the customer agrees to the applicable rental terms communicated at the time of booking and vehicle handover.

1. Booking & Availability

Submitting a website form, calling us or sending a WhatsApp enquiry does not automatically confirm a booking.

A booking is confirmed only after Fast Self Drive Car confirms the selected vehicle, dates, pickup or delivery location, rental amount and applicable booking conditions.

All vehicles are subject to availability.

If a particular vehicle becomes unavailable because of breakdown, accident, maintenance or another unavoidable circumstance, the customer may be offered an alternative vehicle where available.

2. Minimum Rental Duration

Fast Self Drive Car currently requires a minimum booking of 2 days.

One-day self-drive rentals are not offered unless specifically agreed otherwise by the business.

3. Driver Eligibility & Documents

Customers must provide:

• A valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle
• An accepted government-issued photo ID
• Any additional verification documents communicated before booking

The minimum permitted customer/driver age and any minimum driving-experience requirement are [BUSINESS CONFIRMATION REQUIRED].

Documents must be valid and genuine.

4. Vehicle Pickup & Delivery

Vehicle delivery may be arranged at confirmed locations across Goa, including:

Mopa Airport, Dabolim Airport, selected hotels, resorts and other agreed locations.

Delivery is subject to availability, timing and location confirmation.

5. Rental Price

Rental prices may vary depending on the selected vehicle, travel dates, season, rental duration, pickup location, availability and additional services.

The final rental amount communicated and accepted before booking will apply.

6. Payment & Security Deposit

Advance payment or a security deposit may be required before or at the time of vehicle handover.

Any applicable deposit may be adjusted against legitimate unpaid rental dues, damage, traffic violations, missing accessories or other charges in accordance with the agreed rental conditions.

7. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the booking conditions communicated before confirmation.

Customers should request cancellation as early as possible by contacting Fast Self Drive Car.

8. Fuel Policy

The customer must follow the fuel condition communicated during vehicle handover.

The customer should inspect and confirm the fuel level at the beginning of the rental.

9. Kilometre Policy

Unlimited-kilometre options are available on selected rental plans.

The applicable kilometre allowance, restrictions and any excess-kilometre charges should be confirmed before booking.

Do not assume every vehicle or rental plan includes unlimited kilometres.

10. Vehicle Use

The vehicle must be used responsibly, lawfully and for its intended purpose.

Customers must follow applicable traffic laws, road signs, parking rules and safety requirements.

The vehicle must not be used for:

• Drunk or drug-impaired driving
• Racing, speed testing or reckless driving
• Illegal activities
• Unauthorized commercial passenger use
• Sub-renting
• Towing another vehicle without authorization
• Deliberate off-road misuse
• Driving by an unauthorized or unverified person
• Tampering with vehicle safety, tracking or security equipment

11. Authorized Drivers

Only drivers approved under the booking should drive the vehicle.

Allowing an unauthorized person to drive may affect insurance, damage liability or other rental protections.

12. Traffic Fines, Parking, Tolls & FASTag

The customer is responsible for traffic violations, parking penalties, toll charges, FASTag usage and other government charges resulting from the customer’s use of the vehicle during the rental period.

If a fine relating to the rental period is received after the vehicle has been returned, the customer may still be responsible for the applicable amount.

13. Accidents & Vehicle Damage

Any accident, collision, theft, major damage or other serious incident must be reported to Fast Self Drive Car immediately.

Customers must cooperate with any reasonable insurance, police or documentation requirements.

Customers should not arrange major repairs without prior authorization except where immediate action is genuinely necessary for safety.

14. Insurance

Insurance availability and coverage depend on the specific vehicle and applicable policy.

Insurance should not be understood as covering every type of loss, damage or misuse.

Losses resulting from prohibited use, negligence, unauthorized driving or policy exclusions may not be covered.

15. Breakdown

If the vehicle develops a mechanical or technical problem, the customer should stop safely where appropriate and contact Fast Self Drive Car.

The business will assess the situation and provide reasonable assistance depending on the nature of the problem, location and vehicle availability.

Replacement vehicles cannot be guaranteed in every situation.

16. Late Return

Vehicles must be returned at the agreed date, time and location.

If the customer expects a delay, Fast Self Drive Car should be informed as early as possible.

17. Rental Extension

A rental may only be extended after approval from Fast Self Drive Car.

Extensions depend on future vehicle availability and payment of the applicable additional rental amount.

Keeping the vehicle beyond the agreed rental period without approval may result in additional charges and further action where necessary.

18. Interstate Travel

Permission to take a vehicle outside Goa depends on the applicable vehicle and rental conditions.

Customers must not take the vehicle outside the permitted area without prior approval.

Where interstate travel is allowed, applicable permits, state taxes, tolls or other government charges may be payable by the customer.

19. Lost Keys, Documents & Accessories

Customers are responsible for keeping vehicle keys, documents and supplied accessories safe during the rental.

Loss or damage should be reported immediately.

Actual replacement or recovery costs may be charged where applicable.

20. Theft

If the vehicle or any substantial vehicle component is stolen, the customer must immediately contact Fast Self Drive Car and cooperate with any required police complaint, investigation or insurance procedure.

21. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the rental.

Customers should inspect the vehicle before returning it. Fast Self Drive Car cannot guarantee recovery of items left inside a returned vehicle.

22. Vehicle Condition

Customers should inspect the vehicle during handover and report any visible existing damage.

The vehicle should be returned in reasonably similar condition, subject to normal wear from permitted use.

23. Force Majeure

Fast Self Drive Car will not be responsible for delays or inability to provide a service caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, road closures, strikes, civil disturbances or other unavoidable events.

24. Limitation of Liability

Fast Self Drive Car will provide services with reasonable care but does not guarantee uninterrupted travel or that mechanical, traffic, weather or third-party issues will never occur.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

25. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Terms specifically agreed and confirmed for an existing booking will apply to that booking unless a change is required by law or mutually agreed.

26. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India.
